Order Processing

Orders are processed through third-party suppliers and fulfillment partners, and processing times may vary depending on product availability and supplier operations.

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, we will notify you via email, text message, or phone call with your tracking information and an estimated delivery timeframe, so you know when to expect your order.

Processing and delivery timelines are estimates only and may be affected by fulfillment partner schedules, carrier delays, or high-volume periods. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

By placing an order, you consent to receive order-related notifications via email, SMS, or phone call for delivery updates and customer support purposes.

 


 

Fulfillment & Shipping

Body Alliance Shop partners with third-party suppliers and fulfillment companies to ship products directly to customers. As a result:

  • Products may ship from different locations

  • Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages

  • Packaging, carriers, and shipping methods may vary depending on the supplier

 


 

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on destination, supplier processing, and carrier performance.

Typical delivery timeframes:

  • U.S. orders: 7–15 business days

  • International orders: 10–25 business days

These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 


 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Free shipping promotions or special offers may be available from time to time and will be clearly indicated.

 


 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be provided via email, text message, or phone call. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

 


 

Delays & Carrier Issues

Body Alliance Shop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs inspections or clearance

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete address information

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

We appreciate your patience in these situations.

 


 

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you did not receive it, you must contact us within three (3) days of the delivery confirmation so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

Requests submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

 


 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address due to customer error may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

 


 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within three (3) days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will coordinate with our fulfillment partners to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

 


 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
